The plastic roll film cutter—also known as a vertical hydraulic guillotine cutter or simply a plastic roll film cutting machine—utilizes high hydraulic pressure to cut through entire rolls of thick plastic film, plastic sheeting, waste film rolls, rubber blocks, and PVC/PE/PET roll materials in a single pass. It is widely used in plastic recycling, pelletizing plants, film processing facilities, and packaging waste management.
Suitable Materials for Cutting
1:Plastics: PE agricultural film rolls, master rolls of packaging film, PET rolls, PVC rolls, plastic purge lumps, waste plastic film rolls, bubble wrap rolls
2:Rubber & Plastics: Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, rubber rolls, silicone blocks
3:Others: Paper rolls, non-woven fabric rolls, aluminum foil rolls, thick plastic blocks, plastic drum material
Core Structural Components
1:Reinforced Gantry Frame: Heavy-duty welded steel plate construction offering high load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance; features a bottom-mounted material platform for holding full rolls of film.
Cylinder: Single or dual-cylinder configuration; pressure range of 40–120 tons (dual-cylinder models recommended for large rolls of thick film). High-Speed Steel (HSS) Flat Blade: Quenched for wear resistance; ensures clean, burr-free cuts and prevents plastic adhesion.
3:Hydraulic Power Station: Motor, oil pump, and hydraulic valve assembly; 11–22 kW motor.
4:Electrical Control Console: Controls for manual (inching) and automatic blade descent; includes an emergency stop button and safety limit switches.
