Waste plastic LLDPE stretch film washing line is used to cleaning post consumer packaging films or wrap scrap from warehouses or shopping stores packaging industry.The whole PE film washing plant consist of film crusher,floating wash tank,label remover,film squeezing machine,etc. After LLDPE film wash and dry,the ending flake moisture is bwteen 3%- 5%, it could put to our LLDPE stretch film pelletizing machine to make granules directly.
Our LLDPE film washing recycling line is designed to processing waste post consumer LLDPE baled or loose packaging film by complete automatic LDPE LLDPE film recycling system.
Due to the contaminations like glue or paper stickers on surface of LLDPE film,it is hard to get separated by traditional way, RETECH technical team designed a new paper film separation system to get film fully washing and recycling.Equipped with conical film squeezing machine on drying section,we can promise the humidity of final LLDPE film less than 5%. LLDPE film after processing by our film washing line,then it could send to next our RCSJ series LLDPE film pelletizing recycling machine for making granulation.
