Moving knives are specially designed into four-angel shape, when blunt customers could change the angel for recycling using. Moving knives are installed by screws, which is convenient for future maintenance. A hydraulic cylinder drove by hydraulic ram continually pushes the material chamber moving back and forward to get the material multi-angel shredding. Two travel switches are fitted near the side jampans to control the movement. A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials shredded even further. Single-shaft shredder is controlled by an independent electrical cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse functions.
